Once an order is confirmed and the spare part matches the item number specified in your order, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued. This policy applies to all spare parts, provided they are accurately delivered in accordance with the item number ordered.

In the event of an error in shipment (such as receiving the incorrect part), please notify us within 7 days of receipt, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
