CPS Group communications only come through our own channels. Genuine email comes from an address ending in @cps-group.com; our websites are cps-group.com and copma.ai, and spare parts are ordered at orders.copma.ai. Automated messages are signed as CPS Group, and a service or parts request carries a [CPS-xxxxxxxx] reference in the subject.
The cps-group.com email domain enforces sender authentication (SPF, DKIM and DMARC in enforcement mode) together with anti-spoofing and anti-impersonation controls under CPS Group's NIS2 cybersecurity programme; a message that fails these checks did not come from us.
Warning signs of a fake: a look-alike domain (extra or swapped letters, a different ending such as .net or .co), an unexpected change to bank or IBAN details, pressure to pay or share a password or code, or unexpected attachments. When in doubt, verify before acting.
To verify a doubtful message or report a suspected impersonation of CPS Group, use the contact form on this website or write to info@cps-group.com for the attention of the CSIRT referent.
